The Sydney Roosters have been saddened to hear of the passing of former player, Father Frank Vaughan.
Player number 266, Father Vaughan played two games for Eastern Suburbs in 1939, scoring one try and one goal against North Sydney in a 22-18 win played on 24 July 1939.
His funeral will be held at Our Lady of the Rosary Cathedral, 23 Yardley Avenue, Waitara this Friday, 1 August, commencing at 11.30am.
The Roosters extend their condolences to the family and friends of Father Vaughan.
