* The ANZAC Day Cup is awarded to the winner of the annual premiership match between the Sydney Roosters and St George Illawarra, held on Anzac Day.

~ The Ron Coote Cup (named after Immortal Ron Coote, who won six premierships as a player at South Sydney and the Roosters) and the Jack Gibson Cup (named after master coach Jack Gibson, who won five premierships as a coach at the Roosters and Parramatta) are awarded based on the cumulative match totals from the regular season premiership games played between the relative clubs in that season.

# The Gotcha4Life Cup is contested once a year. It is played at the Roosters home ground unless the only premiership match played in the season is at Manly-Warringah's home ground.

^ The Foundation Cup was awarded to the winner of the pre-season match between the Roosters and the Wests Tigers that was contested annually between 2007 and 2013.
