Reserved Seat Allocations
All Members within the Ultimate, Platinum Terrace, Gold or Silver Membership categories can make a seat request for the 2025 season.
From Monday 11 November, reserved seat Members who have not re-activated their Memberships for 2025 risk losing their seats to those who have submitted seating requests.
Renewing Members
If you are a renewing Member and fall into one of the following groups;
- You are a reserved seat Member who wishes to move seats;
- You were not a reserved seat Member in 2024 but have already or wish to upgrade to a reserved seat Membership for 2025;

Once the reserved seat renewal deadline has passed (5pm Friday 8 November), the Membership team will assess your request based on seats available and apply the following criteria:
- 2024 Membership Category – those who were reserved seat Members in 2024 will receive priority over those that were not.
- Membership tenure – If there are multiple Members within the same 2024 Membership category seeking seat changes, consecutive year of Membership (tenure) will be taken into consideration.
New Members
New Members will be allocated their reserved seat after the reserved seat renewal deadline has passed (5pm Friday 8 November). New Members will be asked for seat allocation preferences upon activating their 2025 Membership (whether it be online or by phone) and these requests will be taken into consideration by the Membership team.
After existing Member seat requests have been renewed, new Members will be allocated based on the date they activated their 2025 Membership.
New Members will be advised of their 2025 Membership seat allocations in December 2024.
