Important Information for Group Leaders
Group Leaders play an incredibly important part in the Allianz Stadium seat allocation process.
It is the Group Leader’s responsibility to communicate with their Group Members, submit the seating request via the ‘Allianz Stadium Seating Group Form’ (available from Monday 6th June 2022) on behalf of all Group Members, and be available by phone and email should the Membership team need to contact you.
We strongly recommend that the Group Leader is the Member with the longest tenure to act on your Group’s behalf as this will determine your order in the seating allocation process. For the full outline of Seat Allocation Principles & Process.
It is important for the following discussion points to take place when Group Leaders are communicating with Group Members:
Seating Category
- All Members of a Group will be allocated in the same reserved Membership category eg. Gold or Silver. It is therefore important that the entire group is aware of its seating category intentions. For example, if a Group Leader requests to upgrade from Silver to Gold, all Group Members must be aware of this change, as each individual will be invoiced as a Gold Member from 2023.
Seating Preferences
- In the ‘Allianz Stadium Seating Group Form’ (available from Monday 6th June 2022), Group Leaders will be required to nominate in order their preferred seating bay preferences of where the group wishes to sit. It is important for all Group Members to be comfortable with the Group’s preferences.
Important Information You Will Need
The Group Leader will require the following information for ALL Members wishing to be seated together in your Group so they can easily complete the ‘Allianz Stadium Seating Group Form’ (available from Monday 6th June 2022) on behalf of all Group Members:
Member's Full Name:
It’s important that the Membership team are provided with the first and last name of each Member within the Group. In instances where one Member is financially responsible for multiple Memberships (ie. One adult being responsible for a family of four), we will still require the full name of each individual Member.
Account ID:
We have emailed every Member their Account ID/s in the communications relating to this campaign. A Member’s Account ID can also be located via their online account. To view this, Members must log into their account.
It is important to note that a Member’s Account ID may differ from their Member ID. It is therefore imperative that Members check that their Account ID is accurate via the above methods.
Current Membership Package:
Regardless of what Membership package each Member is seeking at Allianz Stadium, it is important that each Group Member be identified by their current Membership package as at 2022. Eg. If a Bronze Member is seeking a Gold seat at Allianz Stadium, they still must identify that they are a Bronze Member in this particular field.
Email Address and Phone Number:
An email address and phone number must be provided for all Group Members. Where a Member does not hold an email or phone (ie. A child), the phone number and email address of the person responsible for their Membership must be submitted.
Membership Tenure:
The consecutive years of Membership (tenure) must be provided for each Group Member. Membership tenure can be found on the rear of the 2022 Membership card. Each Member’s tenure will be cross-checked for accuracy prior to the allocation of their seats.
Group Leaders will have the ability to submit their Groups via the ‘Allianz Stadium Seating Group Form’ from Monday 6th June 2022.
For groups of more than 10, the submission must be made via email to membership@sydneyroosters.com.au.
Sydney Roosters respect and honour the Traditional Custodians of the land and pay our respects to their Elders past, present and future. We acknowledge the stories, traditions and living cultures of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples on the lands we meet, gather and play on.
