The NRL has handed a notice of charge to Sydney Roosters player Boyd Cordner following Saturday night's match against the NZ Warriors.
Cordner has been charged with 'Grade 1 Tripping' and under NRL rules has until midday tomorrow to enter a plea.
An early guilty plea will result in 56 Carry Over Points, while if he contests the charge and is found Guilty he will receive 75 Carry Over Points. Either result will allow Cordner to play in the Round 3 clash with the Brisbane Broncos.
