Jared Waerea-Hargreaves New Zealand Kiwis

This morning we had a nice brekky together as a squad here at the Novotel where were staying and then headed out to a cross fit gym for a session. After we were in the gym we came back to the hotel for an early lunch before heading out to a Fan Day. Absolutely loved mingling with all the Kiwi fans as it always gets you even more excited for a game after talking to supporters.

After the Fan Day we had a session out on the field, working on our structures for Friday nights match in both attack and defence. Weve got a pretty exciting group of guys in this team, so training has been really fun and its just good to be back in black again!

We headed to the AIS after training for recovery before a big team dinner at the hotel and then the night off, which was good as we just kicked back as a group and played a bit of ping-pong. We then had our own barber come in and give the boys some fresh cuts for the week, which is always a nice feeling!

We kicked off today with a pretty light training run at Moore Park, which was nice as I felt at home. We headed down to the cafe here at Allianz Stadium for a light lunch and then got on the bus to their airport and flew up to Coffs Harbour.

It was a pretty cruisy afternoon after getting off the plane. We went out for dinner with some Country Rugby League staff from the local areas, which was great as we got to mingle and hear about all they've been up to out here.
