When making his NRL debut tonight Samisoni Langi will become 1139th player to wear the famous red, white and blue jersey.

Langi joined the club from the Bulldogs midway through the 2012 season and despite a number of injury setbacks managed to play a few games for the club in the U/20s that season.

Just last week Langi was 18th man in the NRL squad and has been in stunning form for the Tricolours Holden Cup side, constantly placing his mark on the game, each and every week.

The highly religious youngster attended the NSW Origin Pathways Camp in the 2013 pre-season and earlier this year, represented Tonga at five-eighth in a Test Match against Samoa, in which he was named Man of the Match.
