The Sydney Roosters are aware of an incident involving nineteen year-old Willis Meehan on the night of Saturday, April 4 that has resulted in Willis being charged by police.
Willis has voluntarily stood down from all club duties awaiting further outcomes and the NRL Integrity Unit is aware of the incident.
The matter will go to Court next month and as this matter is before the Court, no further comment will be made at this time.
