The time has come Roosters fans, with just three weeks to go until the NRL Telstra Premiership kicks off, it's time to secure your seats for our Round 1 blockbuster against arch-rivals the South-Sydney Rabbitohs.
After missing out on the infamous Round 1 clash in 2015, not only will it kick off our 2016 campaign, but we kick off at OUR house Allianz Stadium on a Sunday afternoon.
The last time we faced the Rabbitohs on our turf, the Roosters unleashed an on-slaught of first half tries and kept the red and green scoreless with some brutal defence.
It's a clash that has the most passion, the most intensity and is without a doubt one of the greatest rivalries in Australian sport.
From Thursday morning at 10am additional tickets will be available to Roosters Members for pre-purchase, with tickets to the public going on sale from Friday.
