Even though the results didn't always go the way of the Sydney Roosters in 2016, there was no denying that when Mitchell Aubusson ran out for the Roosters, he was always ready to perform.

After playing most of the 2015 season as a utility, Aubusson found himself a fairly consistent home in the second row this year, occasionally filling in at centre when needed through injury.

As per usual, Mitchell Aubusson was reliable and showed plenty of passion when he ran out for the Roosters.

A massive highlight for him was running out for his 200th NRL game, and though he didn't get the result, it was a special moment to have worn the same jersey his entire NRL career.

His good form was rewarded with a contract extension mid-way through the season, which will see him at the Club for many years to come.
