Isaac Liu Talks Ahead of Trial
With just over a month of pre-season training under his belt, Isaac Liu spoke to RoostersTV with enthusiasm leading into the pre-season trials.
He had a sensational finish to his 2017 campaign, which was well rewarded with a spot in the Kiwis squad for the Rugby League World Cup.
Now well and truly back into the swing of things in 2018, Isaac will look to recapture the form that saw him as one of the benchmark forwards in the Roosters line-up.
Usually a man of few words, Isaac had no issue expressing that he's back in shape leading into the first pre-season fixture.
"The first few weeks were tough, but the body is getting back into shape now so I’m feeling really good," he said with plenty of confidence.

"I love it when we get into the season and the lead up to those pre-season games."
He expressed his delight with the new members of the squad, but also with the new combinations in the squad.
"It’s gonna be really good, getting to play alongside Cooper Cronk and Teddy, getting to play with everyone else and the new combos."
