An excitable Cooper Cronk spoke to Anthony Minichiello at the Sydney Roosters 2018 season launch to discuss his new life in Sydney and the upcoming season.
Cooper Cronk at Season Launch
Having spent the past couple of months living in his new city, Cronk wasn't shy to express his joy.
"Life's good, Minza (Minichiello)," he said when asked about how he's settling in.
"I've never been happier and life's really enjoyable."
"Obviously on a personal front there's been a few little things like getting married, but professionally it's been unreal as well."
Cronk will get his first run in the Roosters colours this weekend when he goes head-to-head with the Manly Sea Eagles on the Central Coast.
It's going to be a challenge, but one he's well and truly prepared for.
"I've always based my seasons around putting in the foundation work during the pre-season.
"It's been a different sort of training, but my body has adapted to it and hopefully I'm in a good physical position to have a good year.
"Hopefully I can stay out of the way of chaos this weekend with the big boppers from Manly, but other than that I'm really looking forward to making some tackles, getting tackled and hopefully working on those combinations."
