Last Time We Met The Titans
While the Roosters were hot starters after scoring the first through Latrell Mitchell, things slowly turned towards the Titans as the underdogs of the match had something to prove in their final battle of the season.
They went on to score three unanswered tries with the third coming in the final quarter of play, leaving the Roosters to scramble together if they were any chance of coming away with a victory.
Right on queue it was some Joseph Manu magic that set up Michael Gordon for a try in the corner, followed by a heroic effort from Captain Boyd Cordner that put his team over the line.
This victory saw the Roosters gain second place on the ladder and a home final in the 2017 NRL Finals Series.
