Judiciary Report | Qualifying Final

Following the Sydney Roosters Qualifying Final against the South Sydney Rabbitohs, Jared Waerea-Hargreaves has been cited by the NRL Match Review Committee.

Waerea-Hargreaves received a Grade 1 Tripping charge for an incident that occurred in the 71st minute of the match on Rabbitohs player James Roberts.

The base penalty for this charge is 100 points.

Should the Club enter an Early Plea, Waerea-Hargreaves will receive 150 points and be suspended for one match.

Should he be found not guilty at panel, Waerea-Hargreaves will be available for selection for the Roosters’ Preliminary Final.

If the Club elects to enter a Not Guilty Plea and Waerea-Hargreaves is unsuccessful in making his case, he will receive 190 points and be suspended for one match.

The Club has until 12pm Sunday to enter a plea.
