Following a tightly contested fan poll for the Sydney Roosters Tackle Of The Year, a narrow winner has emerged.
He won the Steggles Try of the year which was voted by Members, and now he's taken out the tackle of the year as Joseph Manu claims the crown in 2019.
Joseph Manu wins 2019 Tackle Of The Year
In the dying minutes of the game against the Canberra Raiders in Round 21, the Raiders went down the short side to Jarrod Croker in a bid to tie the game up.
Joseph Manu read the play beautifully and took Croker into touch with a dominant one-on-one tackle, making not just the play of the game, but the tackle of the year.
Thanks to everyone who voted, and stay tuned for further polls throughout the off season.
