For this week's edition of Friday Night Footy and in light of this being the week we were supposed to play the North Queensland Cowboys, here's a look at a memorable victory at Alianz Stadium from 2018.
In what was the final outing against the Sydney Roosters for Johnathan Thurston, it was also the final time that the former Queensland and Australian halves combination would face off at NRL level.
While it resulted in a victory to the Tricolours, it was a champion effort from the Thurston-led Cowboys in a memorable moment on our home turf
The game concluded with a fond farewell for the champion halfback.
