The Sydney Roosters squad have been assessed by Club medical staff following Friday's match against St George Illawarra Dragons.
Victor Radley and Sam Verrills were both forced from the field in the first half of the match and were unable to return.
Scans have confirmed that the pair have sustained ACL injuries.
They will see a surgeon on Monday and commence rehab and recovery.
Isaac Liu was taken for scans on Saturday morning which have confirmed that he sustained a broken rib.
Liu will commence rehab, with a timetable on his return yet to be determined.
James Tedesco, Josh Morris and Nat Butcher were all late exclusions from the match, but are in no doubt for Round 8.
The remaining members of the squad that took to the field in Round 7 made it through the match without injury concern.
