The Sydney Roosters squad have been assessed by Club medical staff following Thursday's match against Melbourne Storm.
Daniel Tupou was forced from the field late in the second half and was unable to return to the match.
Scans have confirmed that Tupou sustained a syndesmosis injury and will see a specialist over the weekend to determine the next steps in recovery.
Captain Boyd Cordner, Jared Waerea-Hargreaves and Lindsay Collins were all taken from the field in the second half for Head Injury Assessments.
They will undergo standard HIA protocol heading into Round 9.
The remainder of the squad made it through the match without injury concerns.
Victor Radley and Sam Verrills underwent successful ACL surgeries and will now commence rehabilitation programs to commence recovery.
