Sydney Roosters trio Billy Smith, Victor Radley and Sam Verrills have all been progressing well through their rehab as they prepare for the 2021 NRL pre-season.
Billy Smith sustained an ACL injury late in the 2020 pre-season on the training paddock, while Victor Radley and Sam Verrills sustained ACL injuries in Round 7 of the 2020 NRL season.
All three completed an intensive rehabilitation program on the Central Coast with Club Physiotherapist Adam Bentley this week before they begin working through their NRL training programs for 2021.
While Radley and Verrills are expected to continue their rehab through the 2021 NRL pre-season, Billy Smith is likely to make a return to full contact training by early February ahead of Round 1.
Fletcher Baker will take part in his first unrestricted NRL pre-season after making a successful recovery from an ACL injury earlier this year.
The first group of NRL squad members to return on November 30th are expected to be fully fit for the start of pre-season.
Victor Radley and Sam Verrills both sat down with the Roosters digital team in the off season to discuss their recovery from respective ACL injuries as they prepare to return to the field in 2021.
