New SFS Taking Shape
Construction of the new Sydney Football Stadium is well underway, with the state of the art facility taking shape for a 2022 opening. Victor Radley was invited to check out the great progress, with the foundations, western stand structure, and spectators concourse all coming together. Hosted by Sports Minister Geoff Lee, the visit was an opportunity to visualise the Roosters new Home at the Moore Park site.
Sydney Roosters respect and honour the Traditional Custodians of the land and pay our respects to their Elders past, present and future. We acknowledge the stories, traditions and living cultures of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples on the lands we meet, gather and play on.
