The Sydney Roosters Trial match against the Canberra Raiders on Saturday February 27 has been moved to Seiffert Oval in Queanbeyan.
Pre-Christmas the match was announced as being played at Leichhardt Oval in Sydney, however given the Greater Sydney lockdowns over Christmas/New Year, both Clubs have agreed to relocate to a regional venue. This risk minimisation measure will ensure a greater likelihood of the game going ahead, and minimise potential impacts on player movements leading into the competition start two weeks later.
Information on any possible access for Members and fans for the match will be communicated once it is available.
Both Clubs can confirm that the match will be live steamed on their websites.
