With a revamped season including an expanded competition and three new opponents, the Sydney Roosters will be champing at the bit to claim the 2021 NRLW Premiership in the early months of 2022.
Due to the postponement of the 2021 season, the NRLW Premiership will be played twice in 2022, once from February to March in a six-team, five-round competition before the 2022 season is played later in the year.
The Roosters will welcome the Gold Coast Titans, Newcastle Knights and Parramatta Eels to the competition while looking to reignite fierce rivalries against the Brisbane Broncos and the St George Illawarra Dragons en route to the Club's inaugural title in the elite women's competition.
A triple-header in Newcastle will open the season, with the Tricolours taking on 2018 Grand Final opponents Brisbane in the second match of the day, before hosting newcomers the Gold Coast Titans in Wollongong the following week in another afternoon of three matches.
History will be made in Round 3 with a double-header at the Sydney Cricket Ground, with both the NRLW and NRL sides taking on the Newcastle Knights at the hallowed turf for the first time ever.
Parramatta then host the Red, White and Blue in a return trip to Newcastle, before resuming the rivalry with St George Illawarra in the final round of the regular season at Netstrata Jubilee Stadium in Kogarah before the two-week finals series which will determine the NRLW 2021 Premiers.
With all matches to be played on Saturday and Sunday afternoons with family-friendly kick-off times varying from 12:00pm to 1:50pm, there is plenty for Roosters Members and supporters to look forward to in the 2021 NRLW draw.
