In this week's show, we sit down with the new Head of Performance, David Misson.
Dave talks about his time across a number of different sports, including cricket, AFL and tennis. He shares with us a day in the life of his role, what it includes, what he is looking for and how he manages our players' workloads.
We talk about culture, leadership and what it means to be a Rooster.
We also look back at our big NRLW victory over the Knights and review our performance in our loss to Newcastle in the NRL, plus - in breaking news - we exclusively report on the new Arthur Beetson Grandstand with Buzz Rothfield.
Dave gave an insight into some of the lessons it takes to be in a coaching capacity.
"It's not about you. It's about your team. It's about your players," he explained.
"Whether you're a first-grade coach or you're an Under 9s coach, it's about creating an environment that going to improve your players every single time you have access to them, whether it's on training or on game day.
"So put your ego in your back pocket and sort of understand that you're a coach - and a coach's job is to make their people better."
