On the eve of the 2023 NRLW Finals Series, the Sydney Roosters are pleased to announce Ward has extended its partnership with the Club until the end of 2026, taking the partnership to nine years.
Celebrating its 50th year in operation, Ward, a leading multi-disciplined and full-service civil and environmental engineering contractor, first signed on as a proud foundation partner of the Sydney Roosters NRLW program in 2018.
This partnership also extended to the Club’s female pathways as a Co-Major Partner for the Roosters Tarsha Gale team and a Premier Partner of the Club.
As part of its extension, Ward’s partnership will now encompass all the Club’s female pathway programs, including the Elite Female Tricolours Academy, Lisa Fiaola Cup and the NSW Women’s Premiership teams.
“Ward has been a founding partner of our NRLW program since 2018, and we are delighted to announce this extension, which has expanded to include all Sydney Roosters female pathway programs,” said Roosters CEO Joe Kelly.
Ward’s Chief Executive Officer Julia Ward said Ward is proud to extend and expand its partnership to cover all Roosters female teams.
“We are delighted to demonstrate our support for all female teams in the Roosters pathway,” she said.
"We look forward to continuing to strengthen our bond with the Roosters to help increase awareness and grow the women’s game.
"As an equal opportunity employer, Ward is also proud to provide employment opportunities for the Club’s junior players.”
