NRL Judiciary | Round 21

Following the Sydney Roosters Round 21 match against the Manly Warringah Sea Eagles, Michael Jennings and Sitili Tupouniua have been cited by the Match Review Committee.

The Sydney Roosters have entered early guilty pleas regarding both charges coming out of Round 21.

As a result, Michael Jennings will receive a two match suspension, and Sitili Tupouniua will receive a $750 fine.

Jennings was issued with a Grade Two Careless High Tackle Charge for an incident that occurred in the 30th minute of the match. 

Should Jennings elect to enter an early guilty plea, he will be unavailable for two matches. 

If found guilty at the judiciary, however, he will be unavailable for three matches.

Tupouniua was issued with a Dangerous Contact charge for an incident that occurred in the 54th minute of the match. 

Should Tupouniua elect to enter an early guilty plea, he will receive a monetary fine of $750.

If found guilty at the judiciary, however, he will receive a monetary fine of $1000. 

Jennings and Tupouniua have until Monday at 12pm to enter their pleas.
