The Sydney Roosters have announced their senior representative teams for this Sunday’s clashes with the South Sydney Rabbitohs at Redfern.
NSW Cup Team (Round 5):
Roosters NSW Cup Coach Brett Morris has named his side for Sunday’s clash with the South Sydney Rabbitohs at Redfern.
After some good form for Glebe in recent weeks, off season North Sydney Bears recruit Trey Peni has been named to make his Roosters debut on the left wing. Tom Rodwell moves from left wing to left centre for Billy Smith, who has not been named in the Cup team as yet, pending developments with the NRL squad who play on Friday night.
The other change sees Lafi Tuinauvai return to the bench for Aholoka Toia.
With so many hookers in the club unavailable, Jake Elliott will again start the match at No, 9 with Kryon Fekitoa as his backup on the bench in No. 14.

Jersey Flegg Cup Team (Round 5):
Roosters Jersey Flegg Cup Coach Dean Feeney has named his side for Sunday’s clash with the South Sydney Rabbitohs at Redfern.
The changes to the team are all in the forward pack and the interchange bench. Zack Visconti is back into side at prop, replacing the suspended Julius Mitchell, and second rowers Enzo Griffier and Jackson Pennell also return to the team after missing last week’s game. Ben Taylor and Cameron McKenzie move from the second row to the bench to make way, with James Khoo and Luke Beattie dropping off the bench.
Finally, Zac Gillett is named as starting hooker this week with Jacob Tinsley going back to the bench.
